SPH researcher wins research excellence award
Thursday, 1 October 2009Mamun was one of nine UQ researchers honoured for their work at a ceremony held on 22 September at Brisbane’s Customs House. Mamun, whose research focuses on understanding and preventing obesity, said he hopes to use his $80,000 grant to investigate the developmental stages of obesity and identify effective prevention strategies.
